Modified 2001 Fender Standard Series Stratocaster Neck | Vintage Sized Frets, Maple Fretboard,
Here's a nice and clean 2001 Fender Standard Series Stratocaster neck. The neck itself is in great shape showing minimal wear - the most significant being a cluster of dings behind the 11th and 12th frets (clearly pictured). The neck itself is straight and the truss rod functions properly. The frets are in great shape with little wear and have been polished.
This neck has had the heel modified so that when used with traditional Stratocaster style body there will be about a 1/8" gap. This is really ideal for a scratch built body where the neck pocket can be cut to fit.
