Ibanez TS808HW Hand-Wired TS808 Tube Screamer | Original Box, Instructions and Power Adapter

Here's a super nice and clean Ibanez TS808HW Hand-Wired TS808 Tube Screamer complete with the original box, instructions and power supply adapter that converts a contemporary power supply to be used with an 1/8" plug.

Functions exactly as it was designed without issues.  Shows only the lightest of wear on one side of the pedal and a surface scratch on the top of the box - both clearly pictured and very minor.
