Here's a nice and clean 1997 Ibanez RG270DX finished in a striking Wine Red / Burgundy paired with gold hardware.
The electronics have been overhauled and all function properly. The original pickups are matched with a set of Bourns PDB241 Low-Friction potentiometers with a standard Master Volume, Master Tone setup. The Oak Grigsby 5-Way Switch has an auto split function in the notch positions giving very nice strat-like tones.
The hardware does show some tarnish and wear but gives the guitar a nice and authentic worn-in appearance. There is a chip on the back side of the body behind the arm contour along some some other very light minor scuffs and dings - nothing that should be deemed excessive on a 22 year old guitar.
The frets have been leveled, crowned, and polished. The action is low and comfortable without any buzzing or fretting out.
Comes complete with a clean economy type gig bag.
