Boss ME-20 | Inoperable - Does Not Power On

Here's a clean Boss ME-20 Multi-Effects Unit.  It does not power on with another Boss Power Supply.  I popped it open and didn't see anything glaring.  Don't have time to fool with it but I'm sure it's something simple.
