Here's a super nice and clean set of Gibson USA "Gibson Deluxe" Kluson-style tuning machines for your 3 + 3 style headstock.  These tuning machines require and 25/64" mounting hole and include all necessary mounting hardware - Hex Nut Bushing, Dress Washer, and Rear Mounting Screws.

The plastic buttons are the opaque dull mint green rather than the bright more translucent versions that being produced in the early 2010s.
