1996 Fender Eric Clapton Stratocaster Neck | Herbie Gastelum Made, Soft V

Here's a super nice and played-in feeling neck from a 1996 Fender Eric Clapton Signature Stratocaster made by the highly regarded (and recently retired) Herbie Gastelum.  

I can't speak highly enough of the Soft V Profile and to me is just the ultimate in comfort.  This neck does have a few minor finish chips around the edges and fret ends that have been pictured.  The Fender decal right at the edge of the "r" has separated and fallen off and most notably - there is a small hairline crack running from the high E tuning peg hole to the edge of the headstock.  It has been glued with Titebond and does not show any movement or lack of stability whatsoever.

The truss rod functions properly and the frets have plenty of life left in them.
