250K No-Load Potentiometer w/ Capacitor

An integral part of the Delta Tone™ system on Fender American series electric guitars, this 250K "no-load" potentiometer functions as a normal tone control from 1 to 9. At 10, the tone control is removed from the circuit for increased output and overall tonal response. Fits most U.S.- and Mexico-made instruments requiring a 3/8" split-shaft potentiometer.

Important:  These potentiometers function ONLY as a Tone Potentiometer and WILL NOT function as a Volume Potentiometer.  They have a 1/4" bushing length and will not fit most solid top guitars.  These are typically only suitable for mounting two a pickguard (Stratocaster) or metal control plate (Telecaster).
